Mike Parker

Mike leads all general contracting and construction management efforts for Catalyst Construction Group including pipeline development, risk management, staffing and project oversight. Leveraging 20+ years of experience, he works closely with the development teams to identify projects and markets best suited to execute the group’s goals of delivering best in class projects on time and on budget. Prior to joining Catalyst, Mike managed the general contracting and self-perform carpentry groups for a Chicago developer where he led the preconstruction and construction efforts for numerous mid- and high-rise residential developments.
