Neftali Mendoza

Neftali leads all pre-construction efforts, including managing budget and schedule from concept through design development and ultimately to execution of GMP. Neftali has 14 years of experience in estimating, preconstruction and construction management. Before joining Catalyst, he was involved in procurement and preconstruction of an 80-story high rise in Chicago. His responsibilities over course were to ensure stakeholders expectations were met on the front end through budgeting, contracting as well as meeting stakeholder expectations on the back end through project execution, and close out. Neftali has been involved in large and impactful projects totaling more than $1 billion of projects spanning a range of asset types.
